Our Story
Teenovation started with a small yet strong concept: what would happen, when teenagers would have their own place, where they could meet, develop, and feel like they belong?
Our founder, Margareta Luis, is a mom of two teens and witnessed the struggles that teens have to endure in the modern world. Outside of school, most were lonely, disengaged, or screen-obsessed. They had little to no valuable time to socialize, learn real-life skills, or pursue their interests in a safe and motivating setting.
It began with a couple of gatherings with close friends and turned into a successful community. Teenovation was created out of love, purpose, and the idea that every teen should have an opportunity to shine, and it is a unique youth movement that fills the gap between school and the real world.
Today, Teenovation is the number 1 teen club in the UAE today, providing unforgettable experiences, real-life skills, leadership, internships, volunteering, travel, parties, and a supportive peer community. We give teenagers the power to become confident, find their purpose, and get ready to live their lives after school, all the time having the time of their lives.

As a mother of three who has lived globally, she brings invaluable expertise in building strong, supportive youth communities.
